Dinesh has over four decades of experience spanning the government, private and non-for profit sectors. He brings a rich & diverse set of skills straddling administration, networking and collaboration especially in the agricultural sector. Dinesh has deep knowledge of the seed industry and various stakeholders - researchers, policy makers and companies: both national & international. He has held leadership roles at Rockefeller Foundation, Barwale Foundation, IFSSA, IRRI etc.

Dinesh has also offered Professional Consultancy to two major organizations namely, (1) International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Vienna for the construction of green-houses, biotechnology research under IAEA funded projects in Sri Lanka and Algeria; and to (2) Rockefeller Foundation under Food Security Program by undertaking the program coordination activities of 'Drought Program in Rice' and projects funded under this program in India.

A graduate from Delhi University, Dinesh is an M.B.A as well and has studied L.L.B, Corporate Law and Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. He brings to the table - passion and strength i.e. networking, market research, technology transfer, management, projects management, business development, corporate social responsibility and in building a successful Liaison through leadership.

At Sangini Foundation, Dinesh will be responsible for the overall growth & development of the organization. He will oversee all aspects pertaining to Administration, HR, Legal, Project Management, Partnerships & Collaboration.

Ravi has over two decades of experience at the intersection of Agricultural Policy and Data Analytics. He has also straddled the public, private and non-for-profit sectors in terms of work experience and organizational strategy.

Past work experience includes ICAR, AMEX, BLACKSTONE, BARWALE FOUNDATION, DELL, GENPACT, SUTHERLAND GLOBAL & HAPPIEST MINDS and PwC evolving from mid to senior level leadership roles in analytics straddling multiple verticals -Agriculture, BFSI, Healthcare, CPG-Retail and Technology in the Indo-US corridor.

Ravi has significant exposure in the agriculture sector through policy research (NCAP-ICAR) and consulting in agri-business - formal engagements (with private enterprises & NGO's ) and informal mode (directly with progressive farmers & individual entrepreneurs). He also advises rural NGO's and start-up's in AL (ML & DL) , Big Data Analytics & Consulting. Over years, Ravi has owned P&L, donned multi-functional leadership roles, acquired & groomed scarce talent in the broad area of Big Data Analytics. He has an unique blend of academic, consulting and corporate expertise largely in the Indo-US corridor. Specifically, analytics led consulting in the Insurance vertical focusing on customer acquisition & retention including transformative customer experience (TCX). Significant contributions to thought leadership by way of executing unconventional but complex engagements, early adopter of emerging tools & techniques. Ravi has also mentored numerous firms in the analytics space - Marketics, Analytic Harmony, Halcyon Insights, Pipal Research etc.

As an integral member of the executive committee at Sangini Foundation, Ravi will formulate strategy, drive proposal making, partnership identification & ecosystem development and provide project management oversight.

Madhavi has been a career educationist with a social conscience. She has been associated with British Council, Canadian International School, YWCA International, AWA. In recent years, Madhavi has focussed on the deserving segment in the Governmental school. As founder treasurer, Madhavi will be responsible for driving the vision, priority setting and overall directional guidance.

Hari is a serial entrepreneur with a strong hospitality background. He has been a successful restauranteur. Subsequently he set up and scaled "financing" business. Driven by bigger call, Hari plunged into social service in areas in around Delhi & Haryana. Specifically, arranging health camps in rural areas, tree planting and providing education to minorities and girl child.

At Sangini, Hari will be responsible for fund raising activities and regulatory oversight. As founder secretary, he is a live wire and inspires the organisation by his dynamism.
